What to do on those rare 'no-wind' days

There are plenty of other activities in Alaçatı and Cesme on those rare days when the wind isn't blowing or if you are looking for something else to do.

Boat trips

Boat excursions along the coast leave every morning in summer from Cesme and Alacati, with plenty of time for lazing on deck, swimming and snorkelling. Lunch on-board is included.

Diving

The coastline around Cesme has some good diving and introductory dives and PADI courses can be arranged. For certified divers day trips can be organised throughout the year. Off the peninsular's north coast are a few small islands that offer some excellent dive spots. Deep dives at The Crack can be followed in the afternoon by a drift dive around The Bedroom or an interesting wreck that lies at an accessible 18m.

Mountain biking

Explore quiet backcountry trails through lovely countryside or exciting 'white-knuckle' single track decents around Cesme and Alaçatı. Join a guided tour or hire a bike and explore independently.

Sailing

Rentals and tuition are available from sailing clubs in Cesme and Alaçatı. Bareboard and skippered charters can also be arranged through us with some excellent sailing in the off-shore waters around Cesme. Cesme is a popular starting point for cruising around the Greek islands or along the Turkish coast.

Wakeboarding and water-skiing

Wakeboarding is great fun and an excellent way for beginner kiteboarders to practice their board technique. Water-skiing can also be arranged in Alaçatı.
